In Your Element – Our Story
Established in 2003, In Your Element offers amazing outdoor experiences across Scotland. There are outdoor activity bases in the Inverness and Loch Ness area, Aviemore and the Cairngorms National Park, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Fort William and Lochaber, and on and around Loch Tay in Perthshire.
Our TreeZone Aerial Adventure Course at Aviemore is an important element of the In Your Element business, and with established 5* course at Aviemore, it welcomes thousands of visitors every year.
A Mobile Activity Company
Although we have outdoor activity bases in the above areas, we are also a fully mobile outdoor activity company and can offer outdoor activities at various venues across Scotland – almost any outdoor activity, at any time of the year.

Experienced Local Instructors
In addition to our core team of instructors, some of whom have been with us for years, we employ seasonal instructors every season, some of whom return year after year. We only employ those with the necessary activity experience and customer-focused skills, and they must undertake site-specific assessments at all venues where they deliver activities.
At the height of the season, we will have a team of around 40 – 50 contracted staff in addition to making use of carefully vetted freelance instructors when required.
